Can I use the designs for my business?
You can't use these files or their parts as digital products for your business. You can use the files to make the physical items for personal and small business use.
How do I download the files I purchased?
Once your payment has been submitted you will see the download link(s)
on your confirmation order page. You will also receive an email with the download links in some minutes.
Which cutting machines can I use the files with?
The files may be used with most popular digital cutting machines or laser machines such as
Cricut, Silhouette, Brother, Glowforge etc.
I don't see any files after purchase!
If you have any problems with the downloading the files or with the file work, please, check your junk folder or just let me know to the following e-mail (filenessmail@gmail.com) with your order number and I'll help you.
What size are the images?
These are vector files that means they are scaleable to any size without losing their quality. If you are using cutting software just upload the required file and resize it to the desired dimensions.
Do you accept custom orders?
If you want a custom order, please, write to our e-mail (filenessmail@gmail.com) and if we don't have too much work at this time we can accept custom order.
What format files will I get in my order?
There are SVG, CDR and DXF format files in every order. There are also other format files in some of the items (they are noticed in the description).
Will the file compartible with my cutting machine?
If you are unsure if your machine/software supports files please read the instructions to the machine or contact the manufacturer .
Are you able to save the file in other different format?
Yes, I can save the files in other requested vector formats.
